The ingredients in our kitchen are always organic and of high quality and that makes just the difference. Bread, foccacia (always baked sourdough), pizza, ravioli, pies and other pastries, marinated, grilled vegetables and sauces are always manufactured in our own kitchen. our dishes are simple but tasty. They are modeled after the local cuisine, but also have influences from other regions and the whole world.The salami from the "Marche, " the fat of "Colonnata and excellent meat of the neighborhood (wild boar, lamb), but also exotic sauces and vegetables.

Vegetarian cuisine is our specialty and more and more customers 'carnivores' we are calling for vegetarian lunches and dinners.  Our production of oil, honey and vegetables are assessed at the table, and many bring with them a few of those flavors in purchasing our products.  Meals are held in the old mill in the garden and the terrace facing the river, equipped with an awning weatherproof. 

We accept bookings for birthday parties, graduations, communions and baptisms, weddings and special occasions in general, always for a limited number of people. Wonderful holidays for children and young people with donkeys as animators ...

Our snack at 5 pm with sgabei, cheese and salami often last until the evening, replacing dinner. You can eat anytime, by appointment only, preferably early in the day before.
