In all, we can host between 20 and 30 people, thanks to the big hostel-style room that, alone, offers 14 beds.
We also have a large house (called Lino in honor of the old farm workers that lived here a long time ago) with 3 rooms:
BLUE: triple with shared bathroom.
TERRACE: Double bed with a large terrace and private bathroom
GRANDMA: Double bed or two single beds with private bathroom.
The house has also a living room, small room with fireplace and kitchen.
The house has its own entrance, so you can return at whatever time of night or day without disturbing anyone. The three bedrooms share one entrance, but are separated and independent from each other, so the rooms work well rented individually, but you can also rent the entire house with use of the kitchen.
BOUGANVILLE: Flat situated at the entrance to the villa, spacious, with vaulted ceilings, a large window, and a patio outside. Inside, there is a double bunk bed, used for two people, a family with two children, or a group of close friends. The bathroom has an enclosed shower, and a small corner kitchen.
MICHELE: Once occupied by our son, before he abandoned the nest. There are two rooms on two stories, directly in front of the pool. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a small kitchen, 2 futons used also for beds, a small bathroom with an open shower (floor, with drain, see photo), toilet and sink. In the upper level, accessible by a semi-spiral staircase, there’s a large bedroom with a tall double bunk bed with 4 places.
