There are three rooms:
-one which sleeps three
-a second which sleeps two. These two rooms share a bathroom and are particularly suitable for families with two or three children.
-a third room with two beds and an independent bathroom

There are two apartments:
- a studio flat (called Bouganville) with a cooking area (sink, stove and refrigerator), independent bathroom and a double bed. Another bed can be added upon request.
- a two-room flat (called Michele) with sleeping space for three, which can sleep five using the pullout-couch in the living room. The apartment has a cooking area (as above), independent bathroom and a terrace which looks out upon the pool.
