The village is an old mill whose origins are lost in time: it is lapped by two streams, once the engine of the burrs, with an old medieval bridge or even Roman.
We live here since 1977, transferred from the city so big to be too narrow.
slowly over the years we have brought new life to the facilities, vegetable gardens, olive groves, dry stone walls in a work in progress still active. The farm is always organic and produce oil, honey, vegetables and cooking in our laboratory we prepare preserves, jams, olive oil, dry spices and we bottle our limoncello and other liquors.
we do not produce wine, but we take it from nearby companies, organic and/or biodynamic, same thing for cheese of cow Herder or neighbors that also gives us fresh milk. In the year are always with us even guys who come from all over the world and give us a hand, by associating wwoofers of which we are members host.
the company is also an educational farm and social farm. We also organize each year open social garden to those who want to participate.
